Biography
Obaid ur Reman. Qazi comes from Haripur, Pakistan. He received a B.Eng in Electrical Engineering (2004) with distinction from University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan, and an MS in Communications and Information Technology (2009) from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany and Politecnico de Torino, Italy on a European Union funded scholarship. He is currently working as a sound coding researcher at Cochlear Technology Centre, Belgium and is also a doctoral candidate at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium where he is researching aspects of speech enhancement for CIs under the supervision of Professor Jan Wouters.
