Biography
Thilo Groll was born in Hamburg, Germany in 1975. He received the Law and Dr. degrees from Christian-Albrecht Universität in Kiel/ Germany in 1999 and 2001 respectivly, the Second State Exam Law degree in Northrhine-Westfalia in 2002 and the Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Southampton in 2004. From 2005 onwards he worked as a lawyer in Dortmund and since 2008 in the legal department of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
